Pig Suede is a durable, lightweight suede known for its soft, velvety texture and distinctive natural grain. It is an excellent choice for footwear lining, bags' lining, accessories, garment details (or full garments), and many other small and big craft projects. Its supple hand feel allows for easy construction, while the porous structure readily accepts dyes and finishes, creating rich, vibrant colors. Combining affordability, versatility, and durability, Pig Suede is a reliable material that delivers both style and function.
Hides vary between 10-14 square feet and usually measure 40-45" in width and 40-42" in length. They follow the natural shape of a pig suede skin so the usable area is smaller than the edge-to-edge length and width measurements.
